Director of Sales
Marty Rogers developed an interest in food watching his grandmother cook for his family. In high school, he decided to learn more about food and took a job at Statesville Country Club as a dishwasher and prep cook, and finally a line cook. Mary refined his skills with chef Anthony Paquin at The Peninsula Club and learned what it really takes to be a chef. He attended Savannah College of Art and Design and UNC-Charlotte pursuing an audio engineering degree and did some traveling while keeping his foot in the culinary world. Marty has worked at Meridian Restaurant under Executive Chef Mark Grohman before taking a position at the Brookstown Inn.
